Key Responsibilities

• Meetings with the experimentation team.

• Analysis, development, and follow-up of requirements.

• Development of A/B tests for web platforms.

• Review of experiments through unit and manual testing.

• Collaborative work with different teams to define requirements and request adjustments and changes in applications.

• Working with UI/UX designers.

• Repository management.

• Code and peer reviews.

Must-have Skills 

• +4 years of experience working as a Frontend Engineer.

• Strong knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Applying best practices for HTML development.

• Extensive experience with vanilla CSS.

• Experience working with Git and GitHub.

• Experience in building and maintaining web components.

Nice-to-have:

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.

• Knowledge of A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely and Statsig.

• Experience developing applications based on React.

• Knowledge of the WordPress platform and end products.

• Experience using Adobe Analytics.

• Familiarity with tools such as Gulp, ESLint, and npm.

• Experience working with REST APIs and third-party web services.
