Requirements

Your Skills and Experience:

5–8 years of professional experience in SAP project delivery, with strong exposure to project management

Proven experience leading full lifecycle SAP implementations (S/4HANA, EWM, TM, or Supply Chain Logistics preferred)

Experience in Organizational Change Management, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption strategies

Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-country or enterprise-level projects
Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies

Experience in pre-sales, including effort estimation, proposal creation, and client presentations
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact at executive level

Strong communication and leadership skills in fast-paced, multicultural environments

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or related field

PMP certification (or equivalent) is a plus

SAP Active certification is a plus

To complement our team in Mexico, we are looking for a Project Manager with OCM experience.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards
Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery to executive stakeholders
Drive project governance, including risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication at all levels
Support the development and execution of communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans
Facilitate project, sponsor, and change governance meetings, ensuring alignment across business and IT stakeholders
Develop and monitor KPIs to track both project performance and adoption success
Engage with senior client stakeholders (up to VP level), acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement
Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations
Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to business development initiatives
Integrate and execute change management strategies, including impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and business processes
Mentor and guide consulting teams, fostering both project delivery excellence and professional development
