What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Lead Growth Product Manager to take full ownership of our conversion funnels-from the moment a user clicks an ad to when they hit "subscribe." This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends product marketing, experimentation, and storytelling to drive measurable results. You'll lead a team of Product Growth Managers, optimize the web onboarding journey, and craft compelling, personalized experiences that motivate users to take action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the web-based onboarding funnel-from post-click to payment screen

  • Lead the creation and A/B testing of copy, messaging, images and value propositions that boost motivation and clarity

  • Develop and validate hypotheses grounded in funnel analytics, user behavior, and friction points

  • Design and execute no-code experiments across different user segments (e.g., fitness level, lifestyle, weight goals)

  • Personalize user journeys based on segmentation insights and behavioral data

  • Collaborate closely with Design, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Product to ensure consistent user experience across touchpoints

  • Mentor and lead a team of 5 Product Growth Managers, helping them scale successful experiments and grow professionally

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, or conversion-focused roles, ideally in mobile-first or subscription-based environments

  • Proven success driving measurable improvements in onboarding and conversion rates

  • Strong understanding of user psychology and motivation, with the ability to communicate value clearly across segments

  • Experience with no-code A/B testing tools and an iterative, data-driven approach

  • Ability to distill insights from behavioral and funnel data to guide strategy and execution

  • Creative mindset paired with analytical rigor-comfortable with both storytelling and spreadsheets

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Experience leading and developing teams is a plus
