As a Supply Chain Specialist your work will directly impact aircraft turnaround times, flight reliability, and the overall performance of our technical operations. You won't just be a buyer - you'll be a critical part of our airline's operational backbone.

How will it be to work with us?

• Coordinating the procurement of aircraft spare parts - from sourcing critical components with OEMs to managing inventory and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) needs using platforms like ILS and AMOS.

• Supporting our fleet maintenance activities by evaluating the best sourcing strategies: exchange, loan, outright purchase, or even part robbing in critical scenarios.

• Collaborating closely with our Maintenance & Engineering departments to forecast demands, track usage trends, and help optimize our stock levels.

• Ensuring on-time delivery of parts for line maintenance, base checks, and unscheduled events, always with a high sense of urgency.

• Managing daily orders and priorities across our international base network, ensuring efficient material flow and compliance with airworthiness requirements.

• Acting as a key point of contact with suppliers and logistics partners, building relationships that go beyond price - focused on quality, reliability, and shared commitment.

• Handling contractual purchasing for the A32x fleet and contributing to cost efficiency through skilled negotiation and proactive planning.

• Monitoring shipment flows across multiple stations, optimizing lead times, and contributing to continuous process improvement.

✈ A previous experience in procurement/buying/logistics in Aviation is a must.

✈You know the industry, the tools (ILS, AMOS), and what AOG means

✈You're organized under pressure and love a fast-paced environment
