About the team

You'll be the trusted IT Support specialist for our Limassol office, helping colleagues solve their everyday tech issues and ensuring a smooth and productive work environment.

What makes you the perfect fit

• Provide friendly and effective IT support to our Limassol team (both in-person and remotely).

• Help set up, maintain, and secure laptops, desktops, and other user devices.

• Support our local office infrastructure and keep systems running smoothly.

• Take part in managing user accounts, access, and basic security settings.

• Document solutions to common issues and contribute to our knowledge base.

• Collaborate with global IT teammates and local Operations/HR on tech-related needs.

What makes you the perfect fit

• 1-2 years of hands-on IT Support experience (internships and junior roles count).

• Basic knowledge of networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and troubleshooting.

• Interest in learning about security best practices and device management.

• Strong communication skills, able to explain tech issues clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Russian.

• Proactive and eager to grow in IT, with logical problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to document work and follow support processes.

Will be a plus

• Experience in finance or trading domain

• Familiarity with TradingView as a product
