About position

That's why we're building Hybrid Agents - systems where AI and human experts work side-by-side, solve tasks together, and leverage each other's strengths. From general-purpose tasks to highly specialized professional domains, our platform unites people and models, backed by state-of-the-art technology and a growing marketplace of expert talent.

We are looking for an experienced  Product Director  who will lead product vision, strategy, and execution for our flagship AI hybrid agent platform.

This hands-on role combines strategic direction with product management and  it requires deep understanding of AI capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, product , engineering, delivery  and marketing to  ensure delivery of innovative, scalable, and high-performing AI products.

What will you do

• Own the product vision and strategy and roadmap
• Lead end-to-end product development: backend, frontend, AI agents
• Work closely with engineering, design, and research teams to translate concepts into scalable prototypes and production-ready features
• Drive customer discovery and user research to validate problem statements and prioritize development
• Set measurable goals for engagement, retention, and product-market fit
• Lead product releases, go-to-market coordination, and performance tracking
• Recruit and mentor a growing product team as the company scales

What we are looking for

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles as Product Director or CPO 
• Proven experience building and launching B2C products ideally within  AI/ ML driven products, ideally agents, automation tools, or productivity platforms
• Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into commercial value propositions and go to market strategy 
• Strong understanding of LLMs (including HITL)
• Analytical and data-informed decision-making mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Startup or early-stage company experience preferred
• Technical background or familiarity with machine learning workflows is a plus
• Responsible not only for building products, but also for ensuring AI is a driver of measurable commercial success
