Requirements

Must currently hold the position of Sales Trainer.
English level: C1. Fluency in German, Italian, Spanish, French is a plus
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Hands-on sales expertise with a strong grasp of sales methodologies.
Experience designing and delivering sales training programs, preferably in software, SaaS, IT services, or system integration sectors is a plus
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess learning outcomes and adapt programs accordingly
Stakeholder management experience

About the Project

One of the leading AI platforms has chosen TP Spain to manage its new Sales Growth program, launching in August 2026. This is a strategic win for TP: a global brand, a scalable sales-driven model, and strong long-term growth potential.

This initiative positions TP Barcelona as a leading EMEA hub for sales-focused programs and offers significant career growth opportunities.

As a Sales Trainer, you will design and deliver impactful onboarding and skill development programs for both new hires and experienced team members to empower sales professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive training plans for new sales team members, designing and delivering engaging training modules covering product knowledge, objection handling, negotiation skills, and company best practices
  • Assess training needs and create tailored learning plans and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and sales performance using feedback and key metrics collaborating with the managers and qualities to align the business needs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on products and services and stay current on industry trends and emerging sales methodologies to continuously enhance training content.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and share best practices and innovate and adapt training strategies to align with evolving business priorities and market conditions
