The Financial accountant is a key role within Finance team of TecAlliance China. Assist with the Lead Finance China, this role will be in charge of issuing invoices, tracking AR, revenue recognition, setting up own ERP system and in-house bookkeeping and reporting. This role demands professional experience in accounting, reporting, auditing, and ERP systems.

Job Responsibilities

• VAT/ format invoicing, track AR and dunning.

• Conduct intercompany invoicing and collect supporting working hours from CNTA to other BU

• Fill in the reporting form for recipients from abroad (Commerzbank)

• Update invoice sales list

• Revenue recognition and AR aging in group reporting package

• Support setting up own ERP system

• Maintain accurate accounting related to receivable and general ledger in the new ERP system.

• Ensure local and group reporting to be in line with PRC GAAP and HGB GAAP and submission on time.

• Consult colleagues and managers in accounting matters and act as a technical contact for auditors

• Accounting documents filing and management, including accounting vouchers, ledgers, statements, tax declaration materials

• Support ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Professional finance qualification is a plus, eg. Intermediate Accounting Certificate.

• Experience in the accounting field, preferably within a multinational organization.

• Experience working across departments, facing external advisors such as auditors.

• Familiarity with Chinese accounting principles (PRC GAAP), tax laws and regulatory requirements

• Knowledge of International Accounting Rules (IFRS), German accounting standards (HGB) is a plus.

• Experience in ERP system and Microsoft Office suite, such as SAP,Kingdee, Yonyou.

• Independence, mature communication skills, team player, and result oriented.

• Basic English communication skills needed.
