Within External Supply Operations (ESO), we manage collaboration with external manufacturing partners across the entire value chain and ensure stable, compliant and efficient supply for our markets.

About the Role

ESO Partner Management acts as the central interface between external manufacturing partners and internal functions such as Supply Planning, Quality, Contract Management and Finance.

To support our locally managed partner portfolio, we are looking for a motivated Intern (m/f/d) who is eager to gain hands‑on experience in STADA's dynamic, international environment and actively contribute to daily operations and strategic initiatives. We are seeking for a motivated candidate for minimum 9-12 months with the aim to develop the candidate towards a permanent position within the team during the internship.

What You Will Do

As an Intern (m/f/d) in ESO Partner Management, you will support the team in operational activities and cross‑functional projects, including:

  • Supporting partner management for locally managed external manufacturing partners
  • Preparing, tracking and documenting SteerCo Meetings, performance analyses and governance meetings
  • Supporting the evaluation and reporting of KPIs (e.g. supply performance, costs, delivery reliability)
  • Assisting with price, volume and MOQ analyses as well as master data maintenance
  • Contributing to SOPs, playbooks and management presentations
  • Collaborating closely with internal interfaces such as Commercial Affiliates, Supply Planning, Contract & Network Management, Quality and Finance
  • Supporting ad‑hoc analyses and special projects within the ESO environment

What You Bring

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Natural Sciences or a comparable field
  • Strong interest in external supplier management, continuous improvement and the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong communication skills and keen on connecting with many stakeholders with multiple cultural backgrounds
  • Structured, analytical and reliable working style
  • Confident user of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken (German, Spanish or any other European language is an advantage)
  • Team‑oriented mindset and a hands‑on mentality
  • Independent way of working and motivation to learn in a dynamic environment
