As part of the Speexx RevOps team, Revenue Enablement sits at the intersection of systems, tools, and go‑to‑market. As our revenue organization continues to scale globally, we are formalizing Revenue Enablement as a dedicated capability within RevOps to ensure that our GTM teams are not only equipped with best‑in‑class tools but use them consistently and effectively to drive revenue.

The Revenue Enablement Manager role exists to bridge the gap between tooling and performance. This role is accountable for selecting, rolling out, and governing enablement tools, driving adoption across Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success.

Unlike traditional Sales Enablement roles, this position is deeply operational and data‑driven, with a strong focus on ROI, usage metrics, and measurable impact on pipeline quality, win rates, deal velocity, retention, and expansion. Success is defined by behavioral change and revenue impact - not by tool launches or training completion alone.

The role sits within the global Revenue Operations team and works closely with Sales, CS, Pre‑Sales, Finance, and BI. It plays a key role in shaping how Speexx's go‑to‑market teams operate, learn, and continuously improve using technology.

What you will do at Speexx

  • Own the GTM enablement tool landscape, including evaluation, business cases, vendor selection, rollout, ongoing optimization and renewal pricing discussion.
  • Define clear use cases, adoption of KPIs, and ROI metrics for all enablement tools; regularly report impact to leadership.
  • Drive tool adoption and standardization across Business Development, Sales, and Customer Succes by embedding tools into daily workflows and operating standards.
  • Identify enablement topics and support the design of tool‑based coaching frameworks together with GTM leadership.
  • Partner with colleagues in RevOps, BI, and Finance to connect enablement usage with revenue performance metrics.
  • Act as the business owner and escalation point for enablement tooling and related processes.

What we look for

  • +5 Years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Enablement, or a closely related GTM role in a B2B / SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, preferably Dynamics 365, and enablement tooling (e.g. Dynamics 365, call intelligence, demo / content enablement tools) and how a solid tech-stack improves efficiency for GTM Teams.
  • Can stand their ground with senior sales and customer-facing colleagues.
  • Proven ability to drive change management and adoption, not just system configuration.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to link tool usage to commercial outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders as well as excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (C1/C2).
