Qualifications

1. Expertise in setting up and maintaining Load&Performance frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for software development teams.

2. Ability to design scalable and efficient test automation solutions tailored to specific project needs.

3. Deep understanding of modern agile testing methodologies, processes, and strategies.

4. Skilled in integrating test frameworks seamlessly into existing software development environments. Ability to collaborate with development and operations team.

5. Comprehensive understanding of software development and delivery processes, including DevOps practices.

6. Strong Java development skills and excellent SQL knowledge. Proficiency with test automation tools such as JMeter and Gatling (mandatory). Experience with other programming and scripting languages to provide automation and self-service tooling.

7. In-depth understanding of managing non-functional requirements (NFRs) within an agile context. Ability to define, document, and validate NFRs to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.

8. Knowledge of various software development and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) to automate processes and create self-service tools. Ability to write and maintain scripts for testing, monitoring, and deployment automation.

9. Good understanding of container technologies, including Docker, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
