We are looking for Club Receptionist with the qualifications below:

• A complete understanding and ability to provide the service delivery expected Soho House members and by guests
• Ability to work well under the pressure of coordinating many requests at any given time
• Being approachable and reliable
• Ability to be flexible as the job changes
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays if necessary
• Spoken and written fluency in English and in Turkish

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibility for the care of club private members throughout their visit

• To use own initiative and to personally take any action appropriate to deliver a first class service
• Responsibility for private member's check-in control, concierge duties and check-out
• To meet, greet and bid farewell to all private members - with a smile and making eye contact
• To escort private member guests to related place whenever possible
• Fully understand and operate the telephone systems
• Fully understand and operate the club private membership system
• Accountable for the Club Reception cash handling issues
• To have a basic knowledge of the surrounding area in order to assist guests with their queries
