At SIXT, we are redefining how world-class product organizations operate through AI. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for all AI-related initiatives across the RENT Booking organization, shaping the integration of AI into product management workflows, engineering practices, and design processes. You will architect the transformation of a traditional product organization into an AI-augmented powerhouse, embedding tools, frameworks, and best practices that increase productivity, accelerate decision-making, and unlock new levels of impact. This is a hands-on leadership position where your technical credibility, product vision, and AI fluency will guide teams, influence stakeholders, and drive the next generation of AI-powered product operations at SIXT.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Serve as the primary AI authority, advising Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers on AI adoption, tools, and best practices, without having direct reports.
• Design and implement an AI-assisted product workflow system, integrating tools like Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and autonomous AI agents into daily operations.
• Lead organizational AI transformation by defining an AI maturity roadmap, establishing standards for prompt engineering, and scaling AI literacy across teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data stakeholders to identify high-leverage AI opportunities and prioritize initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Evangelize AI across the organization through workshops, playbooks, coaching sessions, and hands-on guidance, driving adoption and cultural change.
• Define success metrics for AI adoption and outcomes, ensuring rigorous tracking and continuous optimization of AI-enabled processes.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Hands-on experience building or deploying AI/ML systems, including LLM-based workflows, predictive models, or AI-assisted tooling, with a strong understanding of the AI landscape and enterprise adoption.
• Proven track record in senior product leadership roles, ideally at Director level, managing complex digital products end-to-end in an agile environment.
• Engineering fluency to engage meaningfully on architecture, build-vs-buy decisions, and practical challenges of AI-integrated software delivery at scale.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect AI capabilities to measurable business outcomes and present transformation roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and educational skills, able to demystify complex AI technology for non-technical audiences and lead organizational change initiatives.
• Energetic, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset, thriving in ambiguity, moving fast, and holding to the highest standards of quality.
