WHAT YOU WILL DO 🏄

• Verantwortung für das Eventbudget inklusive Optimierung im Hinblick auf Effizienz und Business-Ziele (z. B. Leadgenerierung, Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit)
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Eventstrategie für mehrere europäische Märkte (DACH, CEE, NL), angepasst an unterschiedliche Prioritäten und Markt-Reifegrade, in enger Abstimmung mit Country Managern und Sales
• Planung und Durchführung von Events über mehrere Länder hinweg, mit einem klaren Fokus auf Qualität und effiziente Umsetzung
• Verantwortung für Speaker- und Content-Management: Definition von Themen, Formaten und Agenden in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Speakern sowie in enger Abstimmung mit dem Brand- & Communication-Team
• Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Sales, Marketing, PR und den Country Managern zur Sicherstellung von Alignment und maximalem Impact sowie Steuerung externer Partner (Agenturen, Locations, Veranstalter)
• Analyse und Auswertung der Event-Performance (KPIs) sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung und Identifikation neuer Potenziale
• Sicherstellung eines konsistenten und hochwertigen Markenauftritts über alle Märkte hinweg - unter Berücksichtigung lokaler Besonderheiten

WHAT YOU WILL NEED 🪄

• 4-6+ Jahre Erfahrung im Eventmanagement, idealerweise im internationalen B2B-Umfeld
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung im End-to-End-Management komplexer Events (eigene und externe Formate) über mehrere Länder hinweg
• Starkes Projektmanagement mit der Fähigkeit, mehrere Initiativen parallel zu steuern
• Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Event-Content und Storytelling (Agenda-Entwicklung, Themen, Formate)
• Erfahrung in Budgetverantwortung sowie ein datengetriebener Ansatz zur Performance-Messung (KPIs)
• Starkes strategisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, Events mit Business-Zielen zu verknüpfen (Leadgenerierung, Pipeline, Markenpositionierung)
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Skills sowie eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohes Maß an Ownership, Eigeninitiative und Problemlösungskompetenz
• Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI-Tools zur Optimierung von Workflows und Effizienz (z. B. für Strategie, Planung, Content oder Reporting)
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Niederländisch ist ein Plus, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
