Technical Services Executive (Hardlines - Toys/Hardgoods)

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above in chemistry or related science disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years solid experience in testing laboratory
  • Knowledge of international regulation and testing standard
  • Knowledge of Hardlines Products (e.g. Toys, Food Contact, Sundries, etc)
  • Independent, responsible and flexible with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizing and presentation skills in service delivery
  • Able to work under pressure and in a dynamic & fast paced environment
  • Good command of English and mandarin, both written and spoken
  • Experience in product manufacturing and laboratory operations is preferred
  • Experience in customer services is an advantage
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Technical Services Executive
