  • 3+ years in a GBS or Shared Services environment (desired).
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing, analyzing, and optimizing HR processes and workflows.
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience presenting recommendations, insights, and progress to senior leadership.
  • Strong change management experience with the ability to drive adoption.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance, labor regulations, and HR best practices across the Americas region.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Job Description

We are seeking a Principal HR Process Excellence professional to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team in Bogotá, Colombia. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive organizational transformation through the design, optimization, and implementation of world-class HR processes across the Americas region. You will partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery and compliance.

  • Lead the analysis, design, and optimization of HR processes across the GBS Americas organization to drive operational excellence and cost efficiency
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using established methodologies and best practices to enhance service quality and reduce cycle times
  • Create comprehensive process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials to ensure consistency and scalability across the region
  • Manage end-to-end process transformation projects, including stakeholder engagement, change management, and adoption strategies
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process effectiveness, identify bottlenecks, and track continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR operations, technology, finance, and business partners to align process improvements with organizational objectives
  • Evaluate and recommend HR technology solutions and automation opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance employee experience
  • Mentor and develop process improvement capabilities within the HR team, fostering a culture of operational excellence
  • Monitor regulatory and compliance requirements to ensure all HR processes adhere to local and regional standards
  • Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders with clear data-driven insights
