- Knowledge of industry-specific business processes
- Experience with project management and stakeholder engagement
- Certification in communications or public relations (e.g., APR, CCC)

Job Description
Communication Lead - Global ERP Implementation will be responsible for crafting and disseminating key messages to stakeholders, end-users, and leadership, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system across 120 countries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global communication strategy and plan
- Craft and disseminate key messages to stakeholders, end-users, and leadership
- Collaborate with change management team to integrate communication with overall change strategy
- Develop and maintain communication materials, including emails, newsletters, and intranet content
- Manage and coordinate communication channels, including social media and internal communication platforms
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of communication effort
- Provide communication support for project milestones and events
