Your challenge

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to build (and co-create, because we're a team 😉) the digital marketing plan for Protime's southern regions: Wallonia / France / Spain.

• Do you have proven expertise in SEO or SEA? Perfect, these are exactly the two areas where our company has big ambitions. No pressure: you'll be able to choose the area you want to develop in, grow, and work on, and become Protime's SEO or SEA expert.

• Salesforce, Drupal, Unbounce, Pardot, Hootsuite, Google Ads: do these ring a bell? Are you (super) comfortable using this kind of tool? Not familiar with one of them? If your first thought is to quickly learn how to use it 💡, then you're exactly the kind of person we're looking for! (Sorry to the others.)

• You also stay up to date with the latest digital marketing practices and trends 🚀. For example, the arrival of ChatGPT has already sparked TONS of innovative marketing project ideas for you.

What do we expect from you?

• You already have at least one significant (3y) experience in marketing/communication-in other words, you have a clear understanding of best (and worst) practices.

• You have solid experience managing SEA or SEO campaigns. You're able to run an SEO or SEA strategy across multiple countries at the same time, in different languages.

• You have full professional proficiency in French, allowing you to work confidently on the markets of France, Wallonia, and Luxembourg (campaign creation, analysis, and collaboration with local stakeholders).

• Team spirit, self-deprecation (very important!), autonomy, and collaboration describe your ideal work environment.

• You're fluent in French

• Are you afraid to speak English during meetings? With colleagues from all over Europe, you won't have a choice.

• Your workplace will be based in Barcelona, but you'll also travel to our headquarters in Mechelen, Belgium (twice a year).

• Annual base salary of €30.000 to €40.000 (depending on experience) with fringe benefits.
