Scopely is looking for a Senior Production Manager to join our team at Flamed (Scopely's in-house creative agency) in the Barcelona Office on a Hybrid basis (3x week)

We are the in-house creative agency, Flamed, an international multidisciplinary team. We build thousands of creatives every year to support Scopely's global Marketing needs. You will work on the leading mobile game: MONOPOLY GO!

What You'll Do

The Senior Production Manager leads a passionate team of seven  producers who turn plans into action - delivering high-quality, scalable creative work across all marketing and product campaigns. This role is all about connecting ideation and execution, ensuring flawless delivery through smart planning, strong process discipline, and empowered teamwork. The right person will drive production strategy, forecasting, workflow and capacity optimization, and continuous improvement - all while ensuring cost-effectiveness, speed, and quality stay perfectly in balance to keep Flamed's creative engine running at full power.

Your responsibilities will include:

Owning Production Strategy & Alignment 

Connect ideation and execution streams, ensuring seamless collaboration between creative, marketing, and operations teams.

  • Empower discipline leads (3D, video, static, localisation) to unblock work and maintain a steady production flow.
  • Demonstrate clear ownership and accountability, delivering creative assets on time, within budget, to a high level of quality
  • Coordinate specific IP teams with transversal teams to ensure resource balance and timely delivery.
  • Establish clear ownership for feedback loops, dependencies, and delivery readiness at every stage.

Turning Plans Into Action 

  • Transform campaign and creative strategies into actionable production plans.
  • Manage fast, structured intake of requests and ensure smooth transition from concept to delivery.
  • Maintain agility to adapt priorities while keeping high quality and competitiveness within budget.
  • Partner with Creative Leads and Campaign Managers to define project scope, complexity tiers, and delivery milestones.
  • Validate readiness for production, ensuring clarity in briefs, specs, and approvals before kickoff.

Forecasting & Capacity 

  • Identify future needs in upcoming IPs with unique artistic or technical challenges.
  • Lead forecasting across tools, talent, and budgets to ensure future scalability.
  • Align internal and external production resources strategically with marketing priorities.
  • Build visibility into capacity and workload to prevent bottlenecks and burnout.
  • Partner with operations and creative leadership to shape hiring, vendors, and training strategies.

Driving Workflow Excellence

  • Standardize and Scale proven workflows and best practices across IPs and teams.
  • Track capacity, timelines, and performance transparently through Wrike and dashboards.
  • Drive automation of low-value or repetitive tasks to free creative time.
  • Define clear "ready for production" criteria and ensure compliance at intake.
  • Continuously refine workflows through retrospectives and quarterly reviews.
  • Leverage AI to speed up production pipelines and improve asset management.
  • Create reports and dashboards that visualise production data clearly to drive decisions and insights.

Production & Operations 

  • Vendor management strategies and relationships to ensure cost efficiency, effective communication, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Oversee asset accessibility and storage across internal systems (e.g., Aprimo or equivalents).
  • Allocate production resources to high-impact strategic bets and new launches.
  • On-time and on-budget delivery rate.
  • Forecast and capacity planning accuracy.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction (Creative, Marketing, Operations).
  • Workflow compliance and efficiency gains.
  • Continuous improvement, adoption and impact.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years in creative production, marketing operations, or related project management roles, strong experience in Production agencies, advertising or creative services
  • Experience working closely with creative teams and creative projects
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail 
  • Passionate, committed and humble
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary creative production teams (internal and external).
  • Deep knowledge of creative workflows, asset pipelines, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong skills in forecasting, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Wrike, Jira, Asana).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong ability to balance structure with agility in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Spanish is  a plus
  • Video games or Mobile games experience is a plus
