Role Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for a MRICS qualified/RICS Registered Valuer to join our market leading Residential Valuation team.
This is a role that provides an opportunity for clear career progression and promotion. Working with experienced and market leading valuers you will gain an in-depth market knowledge from valuing single unit, investment and development properties across London, predominantly for Loan Security; gaining exposure to high-profile projects and a wide array of clients.
You will be enthusiastic to improve your technical skills, develop your network and demonstrate a thoroughness in your work with excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate will be capable of working both individually and as part of a large team. You will be responsible for the preparation of valuation reports from initial quotation through to finalisation and delivering advice to the client. You will be expected to communicate regularly via email, telephone and in-person, with clients, Savills experts across the business and your peers. As such, the role provides excellent opportunities for internal and external networking. The role requires excellent organisation skills and an ability to multi-task, managing a variety of tasks.

Team Overview
The residential valuation team is a busy, fast-paced environment, and comprises 13 Directors, 8 Associate Directors, 2 Associates, 3 Surveyors, 2 Apprentices and Graduates. This team sits within the wider Savills network of 400+ RICS registered valuers providing commercial, residential and rural property valuations to banks and building societies, property companies, developers, investors and fund managers. The team prides itself on very strong client relationships which have been built up over the years through high quality service.
The London residential team are well established and market leaders within Loan Security residential valuation, covering single unit, investment and development assets across London. In addition to providing specialist valuation advice for Probate, Matrimonial, Tax and Leasehold Enfranchisement purposes. We have a track-record in valuing a large number of high-profile landmark London developments, super-prime houses and flats, as well as some key investment portfolios. Our clients comprise a wide range of lenders, alongside some prominent investors, developers and solicitors.
The team also has a strong focus on nurturing talent, and has supported the personal and professional development of many junior valuers, from their early career through to Director level.
