Openbank is looking for a Product Manager - Dealer Ecosystem based out of Boadilla del Monte, Spain, in a hybrid working model.

At Openbank, within the Global Auto Domain of Santander, we are building a digital-first automotive platform that connects customers, dealers, OEMs, and partners to deliver seamless financing and mobility solutions at scale.

The Auto Domain is at the heart of this transformation, bringing together global product, technology, and data capabilities to create integrated, end-to-end journeys across the automotive ecosystem, from vehicle discovery and financing to lifecycle management and renewal.

As Product Manager for Dealer Ecosystem, you will be part of the Acquisition & Renewals team, driving the growth engine of the domain. You will shape how customers access financing across dealer networks, OEM ecosystems, and direct-to-consumer channels, while improving dealer productivity, customer experience, conversion, and retention.

• Design and optimise end-to-end dealer journeys across in-store, digital, and remote channels.
• Enable seamless handoffs between dealer, customer, OEM, and Santander systems, ensuring consistent experiences across markets and dealer types.
• Define intuitive workflows for deal creation, simulation, submission, performance management, and incentives.
• Reduce friction and complexity in dealer interactions, improving productivity, conversion, and time-to-deal.
• Identify best-in-class dealer journeys across markets and scale them into reusable global capabilities.
• Embed AI-enabled capabilities such as deal recommendations, next-best-action prompts, and assisted deal structuring to enhance dealer support and commercial outcomes.

Professional Experience

• 8+ years of experience in digital product management, digital acquisition, omnichannel finance, or platform ecosystems. Required
• 8+ years of experience in automotive finance distribution, dealer ecosystems, OEM channels, marketplaces, or partner-driven platforms. Required
• Experience scaling multi-market platforms, standardising journeys, and driving adoption across local markets and dealer networks. Preferred

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Digital Product, Technology, or a related field. Required
• Master's Degree or additional training in Product Management, Digital Business, Automotive Finance, or related disciplines. Preferred

Languages

• English. Required
• Spanish. Preferred

Hard Skills

• Product strategy, omnichannel journey design, and digital acquisition. Required
• Dealer ecosystem, automotive finance distribution, and platform-based operating models. Required
• AI-enabled product capabilities, KPI management, and multi-market platform scaling. Preferred
