Mission and responsibilities:

As a member of Customer & On boarding department you will join the processes and operations team at Openbank, the digital bank of Santander Group, particulary in the Onboarding & Customer deparment. The main responsibility is to ensure that processes and operational tasks are complete, efficient, automated, controlled, and customer-oriented.

The main tasks of this role will be the following:

- Process senior analyst with operational background, ideally focused on Customer processes such as communications, password management and all services that we should provider to our customers
- Identify requirements from different stakeholders; Business, Product, Legal, Compliance, etc. Ability to build a common solution for all areas.
- Process definition and diagram with BPMN methodology. Basic knowledge of the most common tools: APPIAN, ARIS, INVISIO, BIZAGI, Confluence
- Generation of support documentation; diagram flows, operational model, data model
- Design of user stories in JIRA for development teams, in addition to other ways to transfer requirements to these teams
- Design of test plans so that test teams can execute tests that guarantee the expected behavior of the SW
- Identification of SLA's and continuous improvement of tasks and operations budget. Mindset process automation oriented
- Control Model definition associated with the operation: definition of KPI's, implementation in PRO and execution. Detection of needs and improvement of the control model
- Change management; preparation of documentation, ability to transfer knowledge to BBOO users -through training sessions-
- Strong ownership behaviour and proactive attitude
- Previous experience in Operations Backoffice is desirable

To be successful in the role you must have:

- +4 years of experience in this field.

- Bachelor degree in mathematics or engineering

- Basic Knowledge of SQL
- Advanced Excel
- JIRA, Confluence desirable
- IA capabilities desirable

- Fluent english and spanish
