Job Description:

TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Con base en Madrid, prestando soporte a todo el grupo principalmente en el área de Pack, con viajes frecuentes para implementaciones y soporte de ERP
• Gestión de tickets conforme a los SLA, con resolución en nivel L2 o escalado al resto del departamento cuando sea necesario
• Formación e información a usuarios sobre cambios en los sistemas
• Participación en proyectos de desarrollo y gestión de Solicitudes de Cambio (RFC), en estrecha colaboración con los usuarios y los departamentos corporativos
• Posibilidad de participación en equipo de guardias 24x7

NIVEL ACADÉMICO/ OTRAS FORMACIONES:

• Obligatorio: Grado en Ingeniería Informática (o similar)

EXPERIENCIA:

• 3-5 años de experiencia en servicios de soporte y despliegue de sistemas de gestión (ERP)

• Valorable conocimiento de SAP

IDIOMAS:

• Obligatorio: Inglés (C1)
• Valorable: Francés
