What You Can Expect:

• Working at the heart of the Shanghai team, this role provides critical and dedicated support to General Manager, Shanghai to enable the delivery and achievement of her aims and objectives.
Principle Accountabilities
• Assist the General Manager in planning, directing, managing and coordinating day-to-day business activities.
• Ensuring the day-to-day practicalities of running a high-profile high-quality work of GM by prioritizing effectively, exercising judgment and flexibility in managing potential conflicting diary issues in a sensitive manner.
• Act as central support on policies, processes, reporting and analytic thought partner.
• Assist General Manager to Track and provide analytical reports on the development of strategic initiatives, financial/business performance, and market trends.
• Carry out specific projects management, milestone management across major projects.
• Oversee the implementation of internal processes on behalf of the General Manager.
• Provide appropriate support for meetings, appointments, and events, including drafting, coordinating and dissemination of meeting materials, agendas and note taking in meetings before and after.
• Provide assist to the General Manager in participating actively in meetings, calls, regular performance reviews internal and external, by recording notes and taking accountability for follow-ups.
• Monitor tasks delegated by the General manager to ensure that completed work is achieved to agreed deadline.
• Engage with leaders across the organization to identify emerging issues and advise the General Manager on emerging priorities.
• Assist in creating, reviewing, and improving the implementation methodology including, but not limited to project planning and, stakeholder management business execution.
• Follow up on contacts made by the General Manager and support the cultivation of ongoing relationships.
• Maintain excellent internal and external relationships to enable collaborative working and uphold the reputation of the SHA team.
• Managing and promoting good ways of working, best practice and foster a generous, gracious, creative, courageous, candid and result-driving working culture.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.

What You Bring:

Bachelor 's degree in Logistics or related field required. MBA or Master 's Degree with Logistics or Business background will be advantageous.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong statistics analytical & problem-solving techniques
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel, Power Point, MS Projects, and Database systems)
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to provide off-shift support when necessary.
• Quick-learner, proactive, can work both independently and closely in a diverse and cross-function teams.
• Self-motivator with a growth mindset (incl. taking risks and experimenting, seeking new learning opportunities, asking, and giving feedback)
• Focused on results, detail oriented and organized individual.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of any and all information encountered.
• PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
Minimum 2-3 years' work experience in the same industry, sales analyst / business controlling, Sound Project Management capabilities and experience are preferable.
