Key Responsibilities:

• Full management of air export and import shipments.
• Coordination with airlines, cargo agents, and logistics partners.
• Preparation and control of shipping documentation: AWB, HAWB, invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.
• Tracking shipments and proactively resolving issues or delays.
• Direct communication with clients, offering timely and tailored logistics solutions.
• Liaison with customs agents to ensure proper clearance procedures.

✅ Candidate Profile & Key Skills:

• Minimum [1-2 years] of experience in a similar role within the freight forwarding or logistics sector (air freight).
• Good understanding of international airports, air cargo procedures, and carrier operations.
• Good skills in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
• Intermediate to high level of English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
