About the role
Our Customer Support team is the first point of contact for millions around the world, delivering fast, thoughtful help when it matters most. They're the voice of our customers, working closely with product teams to improve experiences and keep wow-level service at the heart of Revolut.
We're looking for a Support Specialist who takes ownership of customer issues, thinks deeper to find solutions, and contributes to the way we support our customers every day.
This role is fully on-site in Barcelona and may include weekend shifts, which are fully compensated.

What you'll be doing
- Providing our customers with an outstanding experience, making sure customers feel secure whilst using our features
- Providing excellent customer service
- Representing Revolut at all times
- Collaborating with other international teams members to tackle any customer disruption
What you'll need
- Fluency in English (C1+ level)
- Fluency in Catalan and Spanish (C1+ level)
- 1+ years of experience in customer support, with exposure to in-person or retail banking
- A bachelor's degree (must be able to provide at least a provisional certificate)
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable manner
- Great analytical, IT, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Empathy and to love helping people
- To be driven and self-motivated with a highly flexible team player attitude
- To be based in Barcelona (this is an in-person role)
Nice to have
- Experience in banking, financial services, or sales
