About the role
The Product team shapes the experiences that power Revolut. They turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions - collaborating across Design, Engineering, and Data to build features our customers love.
We're looking for a Product Owner who knows how to take responsibility over a product roadmap, including day-to-day operations, project execution, and addressing risks. From conception to launch and beyond, you'll collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with senior management to be the go-to person for your feature.

What you'll be doing
- Setting your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with company goals
- Driving maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy
- Completely owning your team's products, from ideation, through development, to launch, growth, and maintenance
- Working closely with Design and UX teams to define the customer journey and create an amazing user experience
- Liaising with Engineering to ensure effective delivery of your product
- Partnering with other stakeholders, such as Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams
What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in banking/finance-related business areas (acquiring, payments, investments, cryptocurrency, insurance, etc.)
- 2+ years of proven success leading consumer-facing mobile products
- 1+ years of experience managing people
- Outstanding communication skills
- An eye for great UX/UI and impeccable understanding of design best practices
- High analytical acumen along with solid business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisation
- Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners
- Experience leading product development and launch from scratch
- A readiness to provide insight and deliver measurable results under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment
- An entrepreneurial drive to never settle

- A bachelor's degree from a top university
Compensation range
- Krakow: PLN16,000 - PLN50,900 gross monthly*
- Poland: PLN16,000 - PLN50,900 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
