About the role
The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.
We're looking for a Senior Finance Manager to implement accounting and financial controls in France. Using your technical expertise, you'll support the audit process and ensure the business receives high-quality, timely financial data on which to base its decisions.

What you'll be doing
- Preparing statutory and consolidated GL accounts in ERP Oracle NetSuite in accordance with French GAAP
- Coordinating the accounting and month-end closing process
- Ensuring accurate and timely closing of the books for monthly and annual reporting
- Preparing analysis on movements in key general ledger accounts
- Managing the accounting policy, ensuring it's up to date and the latest changes in French GAAP, IFRS, and group policies are implemented
- Delivering process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting process via automation and control
- Participating in annual and interim audits
- Advising on accounting and reporting issues
- Contributing to and defining consolidation, as well as financial control processes and procedures
What you'll need
- 8+ years of consulting or banking experience in a similar finance and/or controlling role
- Excellent accounting knowledge, with proven experience with French GAAP
- A structured and logical approach to solving problems
- Excellent analytical skills and a can-do attitude
- Experience within a fast-growing organisation
- Great motivation and focus on delivery
- A master's degree in finance, accounting, management, or economics
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech
- Solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- A relevant professional certification, such as DEC or DSCG
