About the role

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We're looking for a Business Compliance Manager to lead compliance for youth products. You'll partner closely with product teams to design, launch, and scale youth-focused financial features, ensuring they're compliant, customer-centric, and built for global expansion.

What you'll be doing

• Leading end-to-end compliance for youth banking products across multiple jurisdictions
• Partnering with product teams to design and launch new features
• Advising on customer journeys, product flows, and communications to ensure regulatory compliance
• Balancing regulatory requirements with product innovation and growth objectives
• Acting as a key stakeholder across Product, Legal, and Operations teams
• Building scalable compliance frameworks for youth-focused products globally
• Identifying and mitigating conduct and regulatory risks in a fast-moving environment

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory advisory
• A solid understanding of retail financial products and customer journeys
• The ability to translate regulation into simple operational requirements
• Experience working in a product-driven company (fintech, tech, or similar)
• A proven ability to partner with product teams and influence decision-making
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A problem-solving mindset with a pragmatic approach to regulation

Compensation range

• Krakow: PLN16,200 - PLN19,100 gross monthly*
• Poland: PLN16,200 - PLN19,100 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
