About the role

Business Development at Revolut drives growth by expanding reach and unlocking new revenue streams. They forge strategic partnerships, identify untapped markets, and turn ambitious ideas into actionable plans. Working closely across teams and industries, they lead deals that open doors and create lasting impact.

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Growth team and manage high-impact partnerships. From identifying opportunities to closing and scaling them, you'll use your sharp negotiation skills to oversee end-to-end relationship lifecycles and drive cross-functional initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing our B2B partnership strategy across priority markets and verticals, supporting acquisition, activation, and monetisation goals
  • Identifying and building strategic alliances with partners, such as accounting, e-commerce, and ERP platforms, to enable product integrations and strengthen our value proposition
  • Leading negotiations and structuring commercial agreements that deliver measurable ROI
  • Collaborating with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Data teams to scope and launch scalable co-marketing, API integrations, or white-label solutions
  • Designing and executing referral programmes, revenue-sharing models, and incentive schemes to activate and retain high-performing partners
  • Managing partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing performance tracking to ensure alignment with growth objectives
  • Running pilots to test new partnership models and iterating based on performance
  • Maintaining a pulse on B2B fintech and SMB ecosystem trends to inform our partnership pipeline and go-to-market plans

What you'll need

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial growth roles (ideally within fintech, SaaS, or B2B services)
  • A demonstrated ability to construct, analyse, and negotiate commercial agreements in a timely manner
  • Project management experience with multiple levels of complexity across various functions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency English with outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Solid business acumen and interpersonal skills
  • Robust analytical skills
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit to spot opportunities, move fast, and make things happen

Compensation range

  • Krakow: PLN16,600 - PLN20,800 gross monthly*
  • Poland: PLN16,600 - PLN20,800 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
