🌏 Location: You can choose to work in Qonto as long as you're living in (or willing to relocate to) either Germany, France, Italy, Serbia, Portugal, or Spain.
Join us as a Senior Frontend Engineer to craft the web apps serving the business needs of our 600,000 customers.
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be part of a team of 90 highly skilled Frontend engineers from all over the world. You will work closely in cross-functional teams to shape our finance solutions. You will also take part in the direction of our banking product, manage how we will handle our ever-growing user base needs, and deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop new product features for our customers within the Cross-Functional Team
• Make a difference by suggesting and spearheading improvements (tooling, best practices...).

• The Frontend team started a migration to React, expecting to finish by mid 2026. Now is an exciting time to join, especially if you want to hone your expertise in React over the coming years!

🏅About You
To succeed as a Frontend Engineer at Qonto, you will need to demonstrate:
1. Aproduct-oriented mindset: you're used to working in product-driven environments and understand how frontend decisions impact users and the business.
2. Proficiency in frontend engineering: you have at least three years of professional experience using React.JS, as well as HTML and CSS. We don't use CSS libraries such as Tailwind, so you will need to know how to react pure CSS.
2. Attention to detail: you strive for excellence in every aspect of your job. You don't gloss over minor issues and you understand that great work is the accumulation of many small things done right.
3. Communication skills: you explain your thoughts in a clear, organized, concise and accurate manner with metrics.
