Join Qonto as a Growth Ops Manager and help our Growth teams hit ambitious targets by making sure data and technology are fully leveraged to scale.
You will sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and tech, building reliable foundations and "killer" solutions that make execution faster, smarter, and more measurable.
A big part of your impact will be on CRM, enabling the team to deliver the right message to the right person at the right moment, by keeping our CRM marketing systems sharp, data-driven, and always ready to perform.

👩💻🧑💻As a Growth Ops Manager at Qonto, you will:
- Boost Marketing CRM campaigns performance by connecting the right data to our lifecycle automation platforms (Customer.io and Braze) using SQL, so campaigns are smarter, more timely, and more personalized.
- Build and maintain the data foundation for lifecycle marketing, ensuring events, attributes, and segments are reliable and ready to activate across channels.
- Turn business questions into actionable insights by delivering high-quality analyses and recommendations that help Growth teams prioritize based on measurable impact.
- Partner with Growth channel teams (CRM, Acquisition, Partnerships, Content, CSM) to translate needs into scalable technical solutions that improve speed and execution.
- Enable Sales teams to perform at their best by providing the right metrics and visualizations to track performance and uncover opportunities.
- Keep the stack running smoothly by troubleshooting issues end-to-end, improving documentation, and reducing technical debt so technology stays a rocket ship, not a blocker.
