Join us as a Coupa Product Owner to drive efficiency and scalability in our procurement and accounts payable processes. You will play a key role in optimizing our financial stack and ensuring seamless integration across our tools. In this role, you will work primarily with Coupa, along with other finance tools like Kofax and SAP.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Product Owner at Qonto, you will:
• Manage and optimize Coupa design and configuration, ensuring alignment with business needs and data integrity
• Lead all enhancements, support, request processing, problem detection and resolution activities, including incoming and outgoing interfaces
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience
• Work closely with the Corporate Automation technical team (development, parameterization, technical production, etc.) and Finance Transformation Project Managers
• Provide support and training to business users
• Maintain system documentation and process guidelines and manage IT audit on your scope

👩💻 About your Manager:
Your manager will be Marine Cochard, our VP Strategic Finance.
Marine brings 25 years of professional experience with a deep focus FP&A and finance transformation activities in the payment and tech industries. Her leadership style emphasizes autonomy, collaboration, and building expertise within the team. Marine will provide you with the support and guidance needed while giving you the freedom to shape a robust and efficient role.
🏅 About You
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with Coupa in similar roles, preferably with exposure to financial systems or in banking/fintech environments
• Project Management: Experience in managing system implementations and process improvements
• Business Understanding: Knowledge of Procurement and Accounts Payable processes is a plus
• English: Fluent English is required; French is a plus
