The Opportunity

Reporting to the Quality Director, the Supplier Quality Specialist ensures the quality and reliability of high‑quality packaging components by developing, strengthening and monitoring the performance of external suppliers. The role contributes to the company's Quality Assurance strategy through cross‑functional collaboration, supplier governance and continuous improvement initiatives, reinforcing a consistent quality culture across the organization.

  • Own the full lifecycle of non‑conformities: opening, investigation, supplier follow‑up, verification of corrective actions and formal closure.
  • Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, defect trends and recurring issues, proactively identifying opportunities for quality and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to strengthen their control plans, testing methods, defect detection systems and preventive quality practices.
  • Provide technical support on primary packaging issues in collaboration with Development, Procurement, Operations and external manufacturing partners.
  • Participate in new product launches, ensuring suppliers meet validation, testing and documentation requirements before production start.
  • Drive continuous improvement by proposing process enhancements, best practices and risk‑mitigation initiatives across the supplier base.
  • Maintain and update all relevant quality documentation, including audit reports, CAPAs, Supplier Quality Plans and GMP requirements.
  • Conduct regular on‑site visits to suppliers to review progress, verify corrective actions and ensure manufacturing processes remain robust and compliant.
