How you will shape Prophero:

  • Drive Real Estate Investment Strategy: Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of residential real estate investment opportunities aligned with PropHero's growth objectives and investment criteria.
  • Own the End-to-End Acquisition Process: Manage the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing opportunities, financial analysis, valuation, negotiation, due diligence, and transaction closing.
  • Provide Market Intelligence & Investment Insights: Act as a market expert, monitoring trends, pricing dynamics, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to continuously refine acquisition and portfolio strategies.
  • Lead Valuation & Portfolio Optimization: Oversee asset valuations using industry-standard methodologies, develop financial models, support repricing initiatives, and identify opportunities to maximize portfolio performance.
  • Build Strategic Relationships & Deal Flow: Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, investors, banks, servicers, and other key stakeholders to generate a consistent pipeline of on-market and off-market opportunities.

 

What you will bring to our team:

  • Experience: 
    • 10+ years of experience in real estate investment, acquisitions, valuations, asset management, or related fields.
    • Proven track record sourcing, analyzing, negotiating, and closing real estate transactions.
    • Strong understanding of the Spanish residential real estate market.
  • Education: 
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business Administration is a plus.
  • General Skills:
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Ability to work autonomously and make data-driven decisions.
    • Commercial mindset with a strong focus on results and execution.
    • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
