We are looking for a highly motivated Product Consultant to join our team and contribute to delivering impactful projects, designing innovative solutions, and driving the development of AI and data strategies. In this role, you will combine your product management expertise with a hands on experience collaborating with engineering, data and AI to conceptualize and implement future-ready solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution:

• Own and deliver full work packages end-to-end, ensuring high-quality, client-ready outputs with limited supervision from Senior/Lead consultants.

• Develop business cases, product strategies, and roadmaps to support decision-making and product development.

• Translate client needs into product concepts, AI use cases, value propositions and service models, structuring discovery and validation activities.

• Frame work packages independently, developing hypotheses, options, and trade-offs to solve complex client challenges, closely coordinating delivery with technology and data.

• Develop business cases, product strategies, and roadmaps to support decision-making and product development.

• Avoid generic insights by grounding recommendations in analysis, hypotheses, and evidence.

Client Engagement:

• Own day-to-day client interaction for assigned modules or workstreams, maintaining momentum and delivery quality.

• Handle feedback professionally and incorporate it into deliverables.

• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and discovery activities with clients.

• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through structured communication and clear insights.

• Create clear, compelling, client-ready narratives that distinguish facts, insights, and recommendations.

• Develop structured presentations and strategic deliverables that support executive decision-making.

Collaboration & Growth:

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, combining business, technology, and product perspectives to deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Contribute to a culture of innovation by sharing insights, fostering collaboration, and mentoring colleagues.

Requirements

Requirements

Experience:

• 5+ years in consulting, start- or grown-up, venture building, digital strategy, product management, or a related field with a focus on  AI, product, data and design.

Skills:

• Proven expertise in product management, from ideation to implementation.

• Strong understanding of AI technologies, cloud solutions, and data strategy.

• Experience in designing and delivering AI-powered products and data-driven strategies.

• Experience with UX/UI and comfortable vibe prototyping solutions.

• Ability to create and present  business cases, pitches, and workshops.

• Excellent communication and client management skills.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
