Overview
The 1NA WMS Program Senior Manager will be responsible for shaping the future of PepsiCo North America's WMS. This role will act as the primary contact for the PGT, testing, finance and controls teams and be responsible for designing and executing integrated, testing and business readiness, cutover, and checkout plans for large-scale deployment of 1NA WMS across beverages and the 1NA network. Partnering with value stream leads, SMEs, IT, and external vendors to drive execution excellence, reporting/analytics and hypercare while managing a small team and delivering measurable outcomes within a fixed-term, project-based assignment.
Responsibilities
- Co-develop PFUS, PBUS, and 1NA Plant and DSD business requirements for the WMS of the future
- Lead testing, and implementation of the different WMS Archetypes.
- Assist in the Development training materials for new WMS processes.
- Define test cases and support validation of new WMS features with integration teams.
- Manage WMS development and deployment schedules on time and within budget.
- Ensure successful site conversions with minimal business impact and no disruption to sales.
- Coordinate conversion schedules and resources for proper deployment coverage.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to protect project, operations, and sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to define future WMS strategy.
- Co-lead Coordinate WMS rollouts with readiness plans, training, and change management.
- Provide business context to vendors and IT teams to align solutions with business priorities.
- Develop and implement KPI metrics to measure financial and operational benefits, ensuring the realization of projected value.
- Provide clear and transparent reporting on value realization, highlighting successes, challenges, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and integrate best practices into future initiatives.
- Maintain accountability for delivering sustained value through continuous tracking, reporting, and improvement initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
