⚡️ Your future responsibilities:

Within the Revenue Operations team, your role will be to automate and maximize the activity of the Inside Sales, Data, Product, CRM, and Customer Success teams.

  • Scoping B2B projects with business stakeholders and relevant technical teams to implement new processes/tools

  • Defining project roadmaps to ensure timelines, organizational constraints, and strategic objectives are met across all involved teams

  • Monitoring and managing projects through regular reporting to stakeholders

  • Overseeing our billing system

  • Contributing to the design and automation of internal operational processes in a cross-team environment (code & no/low-code)

  • Conducting ad hoc SQL analyses across different stages of the B2B acquisition funnel & providing recommendations

🔎 Profile we're looking for:

To join us under a VIE contract, you must meet certain eligibility criteria.

  • You have a background in business or engineering, with a strong interest in topics combining business and technology

  • You have strong analytical skills and are able to interpret complex datasets

  • You are fluent in English, of course

  • You are familiar with CRM tools and have already worked on B2B/B2C sales funnels

  • You have excellent organizational and project management skills

  • You are a strong communicator with solid interpersonal skills: from inside sales to Salesforce developers, you know how to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

  • You are motivated and detail-oriented, committed to delivering high-quality work

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and/or JavaScript is a big plus

  • Curiosity about technological trends around SaaS and AI is highly valued
