Key Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to analyze demand and propose scalable digital solutions
Lead delivery of IT projects, ensuring timely, secure, and compliant execution
Manage operations of global and local systems to maintain stability and performance
Drive adoption of Agile productization and DevOps practices across teams
Monitor service quality and ensure alignment with business impact KPIs
Oversee risk management and ensure audit readiness of applications
Collaborate cross-functionally to launch innovative technologies at scale
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in IT project delivery and operations within a complex business environment
Strong ability to build trust-based relationships with regional and senior stakeholders
Demonstrated expertise in project and service delivery management
Solid understanding of risk management, planning, and performance tracking
Proficiency in managing budgets and aligning solutions with business goals
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Desirable: Preferred experience operating in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or similarly highly regulated environment.
