We're hiring for our client, a fast-growing company working with tech and e-commerce brands & they're looking for someone who's not just "good with customers"... but who actually cares.
Responsibilities
Help customers with everything from product on boarding to troubleshooting tech issues
Guide users through software, hardware & IoT setups
Solve tricky cases
Communicate via phone & email (mostly inbound)
Document cases and keep things structured
You'll be happy in this role if you:

Requirements
Fluent in Norwegian (written & spoken)
Good level of English (internal language)
Around 1+ year experience in customer service/support
Already based in Malaga (or very close)
Comfortable with tech (you don't need to be an expert, but not afraid of it either)
