IA Analyst (Madrid - Barcelona)

Your day-to-day challenges will be focused on:

• Designing and developing Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions based on LLMs, AI agents, and RAG architectures to respond to business needs.
• Defining the technological architecture of AI solutions, ensuring their integration with corporate systems and cloud environments.
• Leading innovation initiatives, including the identification of new technological capabilities, conducting proofs of concept, and implementing pilots.
• Driving process automation by combining AI, business rules, and integration and orchestration tools.
• Ensuring the quality, security, traceability, and governance of solutions, applying Responsible AI principles and information protection.
• Managing data and AI projects.

What you need:

Job Requirements:

Mandatory:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Knowledge of BI, Data Analytics, Data Governance, AI&ML.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the field of process management and re-engineering, and information systems, coordinating and leading projects.
• English C1.

Desirable:

• Postgraduate degree or specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Cloud Architectures, or Digital Transformation.

IA Analyst (Madrid - Barcelona)

Los retos de tu día a día estarán orientados a:

• Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial Generativa basadas en LLMs, agentes de IA y arquitecturas RAG para dar respuesta a necesidades de negocio.
• Definir la arquitectura tecnológica de las soluciones de IA, garantizando su integración con sistemas corporativos y entornos cloud.
• Liderar iniciativas de innovación, incluyendo la identificación de nuevas capacidades tecnológicas, la realización de pruebas de concepto y la puesta en marcha de pilotos.
• Impulsar la automatización de procesos mediante la combinación de IA, reglas de negocio y herramientas de integración y orquestación.
• Garantizar la calidad, seguridad, trazabilidad y gobierno de las soluciones, aplicando principios de IA Responsable y protección de la información.
• Gestionar proyectos de data e IA.

Lo que necesitas:

Requisitos del puesto:

Obligatorios:

• Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Matemáticas o titulaciones afines.
• Conocimientos de BI, Data Analytics, Gobierno del dato, IA&ML.
• Experiencia de 2 a 5 años en el ámbito de gestión y reingeniería de procesos, y sistemas de información, coordinando y liderando proyectos.
• Inglés C1.

Valorables:

• Posgrado o especialización en Inteligencia Artificial, Ciencia de Datos, Analítica Avanzada, Arquitecturas Cloud o Transformación Digital.
