Combined Cycle Power Plant Maintenance Supervisor (Puerto Barcelona)

In this context, we are looking for talent to fill the position of Combined Cycle Power Plant Maintenance Supervisor. As a Supervisor, you must ensure the reliability and availability of the facilities through effective maintenance management, contributing to a safe, efficient, and sustainable operation, and guaranteeing the correct execution of activities through technical supervision, team coordination, and resource optimization, in line with the Group's values and objectives.

Your daily challenges will be oriented towards:

• Organizing and distributing assigned tasks, providing clear instructions to internal staff and contracted services.
• Executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work, joining the on-call service once the required experience is acquired.
• Supervising the correct execution of work performed by external companies, both during normal operation and scheduled shutdowns in the Catalonia area.
• Planning and defining the needs for materials, spare parts, tools, human resources, and execution times.
• Interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation necessary for equipment intervention.
• Collaborating in the creation and continuous improvement of maintenance procedures and scopes.
• Participating in the analysis of breakdowns and incidents, identifying root causes and proposing corrective measures.
• Health and Safety: Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and procedures, promoting a culture of prevention and risk anticipation.
• Corporate Responsibility: Acting in accordance with the Group's values, promoting customer orientation, commitment to results, respect for the environment, interest in people, social responsibility, and integrity.

What you need:

• Education: Degree in Engineering or Higher Vocational Training (FPII) related to the position, with 3 to 4 years of experience in industrial facilities or the energy sector.
• Mandatory Experience: Minimum of 3 years in maintenance of industrial facilities, preferably in combined cycle plants.

We value positively:

• Specialization in Mechanics, Electricity, or Instrumentation and Control (DCS).
• English Level: B2

Supervisor/a Mantenimiento Central Ciclo Combinado (Puerto Barcelona)

En este contexto buscamos talento para ocupar la posición de Supervisor/a Mantenimiento Central Ciclo Combinado. Como Supervisor/a deberás asegurar la fiabilidad y disponibilidad de las instalaciones mediante una gestión eficaz del mantenimiento, contribuyendo a una operación segura, eficiente y sostenible, y garantizando la correcta ejecución de las actividades a través de la supervisión técnica, la coordinación de equipos y la optimización de recursos, en línea con los valores y objetivos del Grupo.

Los retos de tu día a día estarán orientados al:

• Organizar y distribuir los trabajos asignados, proporcionando instrucciones claras al personal propio y a los servicios contratados.
• Ejecutar trabajos de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo, incorporándose al servicio de retén una vez adquirida la experiencia requerida.
• Supervisar la correcta ejecución de los trabajos realizados por empresas externas, tanto en operación normal como en paradas programadas en la zona de Cataluña.
• Planificar y definir las necesidades de materiales, repuestos, herramientas, recursos humanos y tiempos de ejecución.
• Interpretar planos, esquemas y documentación técnica necesaria para la intervención en equipos.
• Colaborar en la elaboración y mejora continua de procedimientos y gamas de mantenimiento.
• Participar en el análisis de averías e incidentes, identificando causas raíz y proponiendo medidas correctoras.
• Seguridad y Salud: Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa y procedimientos de Seguridad y Salud, fomentando una cultura preventiva y de anticipación al riesgo.
• Responsabilidad Corporativa: Actuar conforme a los valores del Grupo, promoviendo la orientación al cliente, el compromiso con los resultados, el respeto al medio ambiente, el interés por las personas, la responsabilidad social y la integridad.

Lo que necesitas:

• Titulación: Grado en Ingeniería o FPII superior afines al cargo con experiencia de 3 o 4 años en instalaciones industriales o sector energético.
• Experiencia obligatoria: Mínima de 3 años en mantenimiento de instalaciones industriales, preferentemente en plantas de ciclo combinado.

Valoramos de forma positiva:

• Especialidad en Mecánica, Electricidad o Instrumentación y Control (DCS).
• Nivel de Inglés: B2
