As a Legal Counsel , you will: 

• Control over the legal documentation generated in the company.

• Review and monitoring of contracts, NDAs, agreements.

• Collaborate in the implementation of transfer pricing policies

• Review and supervise the tax documentation generated.

• Legislative oversight of the areas that apply to the company, with special emphasis on compliance with Laws to be beneficiaries (e.g., Delinquency Law, Start-Ups Law...)

• Support offer and agreement generations in tenders and Innovative Public procurement processes.

• Legal support for documentation generated in financing rounds: shareholders agreements, investment agreements, etc.

• Overview and implement the current European laws for data protection and privacy. 

• Support in the opening of new subsidiaries: certification of documents, powers of attorney to be granted, choice of type of subsidiary, etc...

• Assess possible accreditations for the entity.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in similar roles. 

• Degree in Law.

• Experience in software intellectual property management.

• Collaborator, capable of building relationships across diverse teams and cultures. 

• A practical, logical thinker, resourceful, excellent attention to detail and reliable. 

Enthusiastic, flexible ability to multitask and calm under pressure. Fluent in English and Spanish
