About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Controller to provide a structured, data-driven view of our commercial operations. This role will oversee sales KPIs, lead quality, sales progression, and commercial effectiveness across our three sales teams: Sales, Growth, and HS Channel.

The Commercial Controller will sit within the Finance team and work closely with the CEO, providing weekly insights that guide strategic decision-making.

As a Commercial Controller, you will:

  • Commercial Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales KPIs, lead quality, and deal progression across Sales, Growth, and HS Channel

  • Unified Commercial Reporting: Deliver a clear, structured commercial dashboard for the CEO, highlighting trends, opportunities, risks, and blockers.

  • Sales Funnel & Lead Quality Analysis: Evaluate lead generation efficiency, conversion rates, and lost deals to drive improvements.

  • CEO Weekly Reviews: Lead a weekly meeting where Sales, Growth, and HS Channel respond to commercial performance insights.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as Commercial Controller, Revenue Operations Manager, Sales Performance Analyst, or Business Controller for Sales/Revenue.

  • Strong data analysis skills, with experience tracking commercial performance and building dashboards.

  • Expertise in CRM, sales analytics tools, and BI platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Power BI, Tableau).

  • Excellent communication skills.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA

  • Sales experience

  • Background in a fast-paced tech, SaaS, or B2B sales environment preferred.

  • Understanding of market trends in quantum computing, AI, and related technologies.

  • Master's degree in Sales, Management, or related fields.
