Position Summary

The Product Manager - Poultry is responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for the poultry product portfolio in Poland. The role covers product and campaign management, digital marketing, event and meeting organization, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business goals and strengthen our market position.

Reporting to the Business Unit Director, the position works closely with the Technical Team, Sales Team and EURAM regional colleagues, as well as other internal stakeholders, to translate strategy into effective market activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Campaign Management

  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical marketing plans for the poultry product portfolio.

  • Plan, execute and monitor advertising and promotional campaigns within agreed budgets and timelines.

  • Track product and market performance, customer needs and competitor activities, identifying opportunities and risks.

  • Support product launches and lifecycle management, including portfolio positioning and messaging.

Digital Marketing & Project Management

  • Lead and manage digital marketing projects within the Poultry Business Unit.

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across key platforms.

  • Manage website and digital content for poultry products, ensuring relevance and consistency.

  • Create and adapt content for digital channels (website, email, social media, webinars, etc.).

  • Coordinate existing and future digital initiatives, aligning with local and EURAM/global guidelines where appropriate.

Event & Meeting Management

  • Organize and manage internal and external customer meetings, trainings and congresses (local and international).

  • Coordinate event logistics: venue and hotel bookings, liaison with event organizers, stands, print materials, giveaways, incentives and display items.

  • Prepare materials and presentations for sales meetings and customer events.

  • Attend sales meetings and selected customer events as required.

Business Support & Administration

  • Work closely with the Sales Team to translate company strategy into field activities and campaigns.

  • Provide detailed market and competitor analysis to support business decisions.

  • Attend customer meetings with Sales and Technical colleagues, supporting key accounts and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the Technical Manager and Business Unit Director on the review and approval of promotional materials, ensuring compliance.

  • Participate in the Center of Excellence and EURAM activities, supporting knowledge sharing and regional collaboration.

  • Prepare, monitor and execute the marketing budget for the poultry portfolio.

  • Establish and maintain record-keeping systems that ensure compliance with all relevant external guidelines, legislation and internal policies, including: Promotional material approval and tracking, Purchase Order and contract management, Promotional budget tracking and reporting.

  • Lead or participate in cross-functional project teams as appropriate.

Education & Experience:

Required:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Veterinary Science, Animal Science or a related discipline.

  • Professional experience in marketing, product management or brand management.

Preferred / Advantageous

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, animal health, veterinary or broader life-science industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of the veterinary and/or poultry industry.

  • Experience with digital marketing and multi-channel campaigns.

  • Project management experience and working with cross-functional or regional teams.

Skills & Competencies:

Marketing & Technical

  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, brand and product management.

  • Knowledge of digital and social media marketing techniques and tools.

  • Ability to plan, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns and projects.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to communicate scientific/technical topics in a clear, customer-focused way.

  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and regions, including EURAM.

Analytical & Organizational

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data, sales results and campaign KPIs.

  • High level of organization, planning and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.

Language & Other Requirements:

  • Fluent English (written and verbal) is required.

  • Knowledge of Polish is an advantage.

  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

  • Valid category B driving license.
