In our renovated INNSIDE Alicante Porta Maris, your main mission will be the preparation/regeneration and presentation of the food produced in the kitchen where you are assigned, through the efficient performance of your duties, complying at all times with the quality standards and recipes established for each of the dishes requested, paying special attention to creativity, composition, seasoning, and presentation to ensure the satisfaction of guests and customers, gaining their recognition and preference for the Hotel's food.

What will you have to do?
Ø Comply with the instructions of your immediate supervisor regarding shifts, schedules, tasks, and daily workloads to be performed, assisted by the assigned Kitchen Assistant.
Ø Carry out the organization of the cold room and refrigerators of your station for the correct use of products, continuously striving to achieve the highest levels of efficiency in the use of resources within your section and department.
Ø Ensure that all refrigerated products are in good condition, using the oldest first and separating new arrivals for subsequent use. Continuously verify that the appropriate temperature is maintained in the refrigerators and cold rooms.
Ø Carry out the assigned production according to the procedures and presentation established in the quality standards, recipes, and photographs, monitoring portion control and ensuring that waste is kept to the minimum acceptable level.
Ø Ensure that all requests from the consumption center are delivered efficiently and timely, complying with the required specifications regarding garnishes, cooking levels, etc.
Ø Comply with HACCP, safety, cleaning, and hygiene standards in all functions, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and order, minimizing the risk of accidents derived from unsafe practices and ensuring the quality of the food prepared.
Ø Ensure that the products used in preparations meet quality, quantity, and yield standards, reporting any anomaly or deviation to your immediate supervisor.
Ø Maintain close communication with your immediate supervisor to coordinate the interaction of your section with other kitchen areas, the consumption center, and other Hotel departments.
Ø Immediately inform your supervisor of any setback that arises during the development of your duties and that may affect the operation of the section.
