Job Summary

The Human Resources Trainee supports the HR Department in delivering exceptional employee experience aligned with luxury hospitality standards. This role provides practical exposure to talent acquisition, employee engagement, training coordination, and HR administration within a high-performance luxury hotel environment.

The trainee contributes to fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring HR operations reflect the hotel's commitment to excellence, service quality, and employee wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily HR administrative operations and employee documentation.
  • Support recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding activities.
  • Participate in new employee orientation and induction programs.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, learning initiatives, and employee development programs.
  • Support employee engagement activities, internal events, and recognition programs.
  • Maintain employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with payroll preparation support and attendance monitoring.
  • Help ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and luxury brand standards.
  • Support internal communication initiatives and HR projects.
  • Collaborate with department heads to promote a positive employee experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or currently studying) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Strong interest in luxury hospitality and people management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
