At MANGO, we are looking for Assistant Store Managers for our flagship stores in Barcelona. In this role, you will have a real impact on the business, visibility with regional management, and the opportunity to lead high-level teams.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage teams and develop talent, motivating and training the store team.

• Drive commercial results through the analysis of KPIs (sales, conversion, average ticket, productivity, stock).

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience and the correct presentation of products in the store.

• Coordinate resources, stock, and shift planning to maximize efficiency.

• Actively participate in the store strategy and the achievement of local and regional objectives.

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an ASM in high-volume fashion retail.

• Demonstrated leadership with large and dynamic teams.

• Analytical, commercial, and results-oriented profile.

• Passion for fashion and affinity with the MANGO universe.

• Residency in Barcelona or availability to relocate.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

• Gestionar equipos y desarrollar talento, motivando y formando al equipo de tienda.

• Impulsar resultados comerciales mediante análisis de KPIs (ventas, conversión, ticket medio, productividad, stock).

• Asegurar una experiencia de cliente excepcional y la correcta presentación de producto en tienda.

• Coordinar recursos, stock y planificación de turnos para maximizar eficiencia.

• Participar activamente en la estrategia de la tienda y en la consecución de objetivos locales y regionales.

SOBRE TI

• Experiencia mínima de 1 año como ASM en retail moda de alto volumen.

• Liderazgo demostrado con equipos grandes y dinámicos.

• Perfil analítico, comercial y orientado a resultados.

• Pasión por la moda y afinidad con el universo MANGO.

• Residencia en Barcelona o disponibilidad para trasladarse.
