YOUR NEW ROLE

We are looking for a Floor Manager for our MANGO store located in Barcelona, Canuda.

We offer a permanent contract of 40 hours per week, with rotating schedules and two days off.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the daily operation of the store, including accounting, budgeting, hiring, discipline, and employee scheduling.

  • Oversee inventory, sales promotion, and the maintenance of the store's appearance.

  • Implement merchandising, financial administration, and supervision of sales staff at the store level.

  • Provide instructions for the co-management of the store and department management.

  • Ensure the execution of all organizational policies to achieve projected sales and store profit goals.
