Job Responsibilities:

What you can expect

  • You will be part of a Research and Development team aiming to create new features for new products
  • You will work with teams providingAI/Machine Learning /Computer Vision algorithms solutions 
  • Full responsibility in coordination with all technical aspects in a project 
  • Secure requirements on all levels in final deliverables and per release
  • Secure the Architecture and Verification Criteria of all defined products and product levels
  • Exercise final decision making and document made design decisions from technical point of view
  • Support the project managerregardingtechnical planning and steering (holy dates, releases, CV/DV/PV, design reviews)
  • Support the project manager in technical issues towards the customer
  • Drive technical escalations in all areas
  • Make sure that all correct processes are followed, and that the correct tools are used in the project
  • Secure that cost is always considered when making design decisions
  • Is the main interface with the customer
  • Coordinates supplier activities
  • Continuouslyidentifiesproject risks, contributing to their mitigation
  • Ensures that Problem Management and Change Management processes aredefined and followed in the project 
  • Perform (hands-on) System/Software integration for ADAS Compute Unit and ADAS Sensors
  • Perform (hands-on) Software integration for ADAS Machine Learning models and ADAS Algorithms
  • Support vehicle integration and testing


What you'll bring

  • At least 7 years of experience in Software Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Software Leading position
  • Excellent knowledge of C/C++, like C++11, C++14 or newer
  • Excellent understanding of C++ Design Patterns, like Concurrency Patterns
  • Excellent knowledge of System-on-Chip architectures and complex HPC software architectures
  • Excellent understanding of ADAS Sensors like Cameras, Radars, Ultra Sonic, Lidar
  • Good understanding of GNSS,V2Xand MAP/ADASIS systems
  • Experience integrating 3rd party Software Stacks, like OSS packages
  • Experience with vehicle integration and vehicle tests
  • Good understanding of all domains processes: SW Development, Hardware, Mechanics, Functional Safety, Validation
  • Demonstrated ability to find efficient solutions, to prioritize
  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills to work in a dynamic team environment
  • Fluent in Agile, 5Why/8D, FMEA
  • Familiarity with Linux environments
  • ROS2 knowledge is considered a nice-to-have
